Women in Finance Development Program
Are you curious about a career in corporate finance and markets?
Do you identify as female and want the opportunity to gain experience and mentorship from some of the most experienced advisors in Australia?
Our Women in Finance Scholarship Development Program is targeted at penultimate and final year students interested in a career in financial services. Thoughtfully curated, it offers one-on-one mentorship from one of our senior female leaders, world-class training, and hands-on experience across a range of activities, including mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, as well as other strategic and corporate finance assignments.
From the outset, you’ll be integrated into our team, with access to educational forums even before your learning journey begins. And because we’re focused on fostering an inclusive culture that promotes diverse perspectives and independent thinking at all levels of the firm, your voice matters to us, and we want to hear your ideas.
What the Program offers:
- A monetary scholarship to support your studies*
- An internship development program based in our Sydney or Melbourne offices

*This program offers a paid 4-week internship during the winter university holidays. Exceptional participants from the initial 4-week phase may be invited to continue with a 12-week summer internship. The $5,000 scholarship will be awarded upon the successful completion of the full 16-week program, which spans both the winter and summer holiday periods. Please note that progression to the summer internship is not guaranteed, and both the winter and summer internships must be completed to receive the scholarship
About you
- You're in your penultimate or final year at university
- You must be able to attend the duration of the program
- You have a valid Australian work visa that allows you to work full time, or Permanent Residency in Australia (non-AU citizens)

As a Summer Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in an immersive program, developing a foundation across mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets as well as working on a wide range of transactions. Working on meaningful projects, you’ll receive continual on-the-job learning and world-class training to ensure you reach your goals, realise your potential, and excel in your career.
