Nimesh Wijesooriya

Nimesh has significant experience working on a broad range of corporate advisory transactions, including both buy and sell side roles for both public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity raisings including IPOs. He has a particular focus on M&A advisory for companies in the General Industrials, Technology/Media, and Gaming sectors.
Prior to joining Jarden, Nimesh spent 8 years at Aristocrat in a variety of senior leadership roles across M&A, Strategy and Finance, based in Australia and the US. Prior to Aristocrat, Nimesh worked in Investment Banking at UBS in Australia.
Nimesh has travelled and worked extensively internationally including more recently spending 6 years in Seattle. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from The University of Sydney.
